What kind of tasks can the personal virtual assistant execute?
Tasks can be of any kind, which do not require a physical existence and can be executed using a phone,email or computer. Please reach out to us to know how we can execute your tasks. We will discuss and understand your scope of requirement and assign a Virtual Assistant who has the appropriate background, education and expertise to work on your tasks

Is there an initiation or start-up fee?
Yes.There is $10 fee to join.Start posting tasks for your virtual assistant immediately after signing up for 5 hours during a week trial to evaluate our service. You pay a monthly subscription or yearly fee as detailed on the plan page.

Which monthly plan is best for me? Can you help me pick one?
We can offer our thoughts and opinions, but in the end, you know what you need best. The very best way to choose a plan is to figure out, approximately, the number of hours of work you want us to do per week. Multiply that out by 4 and you'll find which monthly plan is best suited for you. If you have 2 hours of work a week, that adds up to about 10 hours a month.

How do I interact with my virtual personal assistant ?
Treat your VPA as you would your assistant at the workplace. Give a clear and in depth description of your task and also provide any guidance you have (data sources, people to call, etc.) on how to go about executing it. Your VPA will work his best to complete your task or request but often you have a base level of information on the request that needs to be communicated to us.

How safe is my data?
You may rest assured that we will not reveal your confidential information with anyone under any conditions and will do almost everything in our ability to protect the information. We have a highly secure data center keeping all of your data safe and protected. All our personal assistants have signed an NDA with us and we maintain strict privacy guidelines.

How long does it take to begin the services?
We can setup your account immediately and Virtual Assistant will be allocated to your account the same day or the next business day if the task is urgent. Under normal circumstances we need 1 business days to start the services.

How do I know my virtual assistant has received my email request?
We will send you a confirmation email within 30 minutes and if we can get you an answer sooner we surely will

Does unused time gets rolled over to the next month?
Yes,if you are into Monthly plan 20% of unused time from what is allotted to you gets rolled over to the next month automatically.If you are into Annual plan all of your unused hours gets rollover to next month and so on

Can I share my membership with other people?
Yes,your monthly or annual plans can be shared amongst anyone in your office, family or circle of friends.

Can CatchVPA assistant perform work in languages other than English?
Our agents can currently only handle requests submitted in English.

What is CatchVPA’s refund policy?
Once membership fees have been processed, we are unable to grant refunds. If you plan on discontinuing membership, please make sure you do so before the start of your next billing cycle.
